Eligibility for Refund

Before requesting a refund, please allow enough time for the product to demonstrate its intended effects. We recommend using Body Dream for at least 6 months to better assess its benefits. However, if you are unsatisfied within the first 180 days of receiving your order, you are eligible for a refund.

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps

Step 1: Confirm that you are within the 180-day period from the delivery date. You can verify the delivery date using the tracking number provided by our carrier.

Step 2: Send an email to our customer support at [email protected] with “Refund Request” in the subject line. Feel free to share any concerns about the product; your feedback helps us continually improve.

Step 3: Return all used or unused bottles of Body Dream to the following address: PO Box 90129 Lakeland FL 33804 Pinellas Park FL 33718. Include a note with your full name, email address, and order ID to ensure your refund is processed promptly. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
